INVESTOR NOTICE: DAN KAMINSKI

ATTENTION INVESTORS: This notice is being provided to share my personal experience, along with publicly available court records, regarding Dan Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC. Based on my experience as a creditor and the information reflected in court filings, I have decided to stop conducting business with Dan Kaminski and any related entities. As a judgment creditor of Dan Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC, I am providing the following factual summary for informational purposes.

1. Background

After Dan Kaminski allegedly used investor funds for personal purposes while serving as General Partner, a Promissory Note was signed by Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC. The purpose of the note was to document the debt owed to the LPs and to address the return of the misapplied capital.

Evidence from Supreme Court Records:

The legal action was brought as a motion for summary judgment in lieu of a complaint relating specifically to amounts owed under the Promissory Note.

The court determined that Kaminski Holdings LLC and Dan Kaminski are jointly and severally liable for the debt.

On July 29, 2025, the Honorable Nicholas W. Moyne granted the motion after the defendants opposed the action without success.

As a result, the Supreme Court of New York entered two judgments:

Judgment 1: $159,541.86 for principal debt, interest, and taxed costs.

Judgment 2: $26,083.34 for attorneys’ fees and legal costs after a fees inquest conducted on October 3, 2025.

2. Enforcement Status

As of the date of this notice, the judgments have not been paid.

Because Kaminski resides in New Jersey, the judgments were domesticated in New Jersey as statewide liens. They are formally recorded under Docket Nos. DJ 011314 26, recorded January 30, 2026, and DJ 010960 26, recorded January 28, 2026.

3. Enforcement Proceedings

Court procedures available to judgment creditors may allow the use of enforcement tools, including writs of execution, subject to applicable law and approval by the court.

Investor Statement:

In light of the unpaid court judgments and my personal experience as a creditor, I have decided not to pursue any further business relationship with Dan Kaminski or any affiliated entities. Others may choose to conduct their own independent review, including examination of public court records, before making any business decisions.
